Setting up AndroIRC

AndroIRC is probably the most popular chat application for iRC chat rooms like iRCPal. This step by step tutorial will show you how to set up AndroIRC to connect to iRCPal.

Go to PlayStore and download the AndroIRC app.

After installation, open the app and click on three dots at the top right, then tap Settings.

Tap Servers → (three dots) → New Server

Fill in the details:
Name: iRCPal
Address: irc.ircpal.net
Port: 6667
Nickname: Your preferred nickname

Tap ← (back) icon at the top-left corner to save the new Server.

Finally, tap on the + icon to connect to your server. Select the new server (should be named as iRCPal) from the list to connect to iRCPal.
