Our server registration requires users to give a password which is kept confidential. No one has access in the server database besides the Server Administrator. We never ask any user to give us their name, address, age or any other personal information.

When you log into our server, we hide your IP address from other users. Only our Server Admin and IRCOP have access to your IP address.

How We Use the Information:
We use your password to protect your registered nick being used by other users. Our IRCOP uses your IP to maintain the server and the chat rooms. Our IRCOP will utilize your IP address to ban you from the server when required to do so by our server policy. For example, if you do not practice our server and chat room policy within our server, we will ban you from the server.  In order to do so, we use your full IP.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites and Sponsors:
Our sites contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different from ours. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third-parties. iRCPal is not responsible for any information you disclose to third-parties.

Disclosing information with other users in the chat room:
Users disclose their opinion, experience and personal information with other users in the chat room. Please remember that any information that is disclosed to other users becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. iRCPal is not responsible for any information you disclose to other users.
